During my stay at this hotel, I was pleased with several aspects. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was located close to public transportation, making it easy for me to explore this city. Secondly, I found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to resolving any issues that I encountered. Thirdly, I thought the hotel facilities, including their breakfast, were of excellent quality. Lastly, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room throughout my stay.

For me, this hotel was perfect.

We had a great stay at this place! The room was incredibly spacious and worth every penny. The staff greeted us with smiles and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, being right next to the Chikusa station, which made transportation super convenient. We also enjoyed the discounts we received at the nearby supermarket, where we could easily find delicious Japanese food.

The hotel is located in a quiet business area with a train station nearby, making it convenient for travel. the breakfast spread is good with a sufficient variety of options. the staff is generally helpful and accommodating.

The room is dated and in need of refurbishing. the air conditioning in the room does not work properly and can be uncomfortable during the summer months.

The breakfast selection was decent and the staff was friendly.

The room was tiny and outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. Despite being located near public transport, it was far away from popular Christmas attractions.

Spent Christmas here and it was fantastic! the location right next to the subway was a lifesaver. Plus, the breakfast included was a great value and delicious. Our room was clean and cozy and we enjoyed using the convenient amenities.

The staff struggled with English which made communication difficult at times. the hotel seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovations.
